Payments can be added to installments via the Payment Tracking page. The Payment Tracking tool is used to track the amount committed, paid, and balance for each installment as well as totals across all installments.
- Click Tools in the upper navigation bar, and then click Payment Tracking.
- Enter search critera, such as the installment request status, and then click Search.
- If an installment does not appear in the list, make sure the Due On date ranges are set correctly.
- If the follow ups assigned request status box is checked, an additional box will appear for submission statuses. This allows the search to be filtered for the following:

Follow Up Attached to Overall Award - Installments for requests that have follow ups attached to the overall award rather than attached to specific installments.

- Follow up Assigned/Draft Attached to Installment - Installments with follow ups attached and in the assigned/draft status.
- Follow Up Submitted Attached to Installment - Installments with follow ups attached and in the submitted status.

Follow Up Complete Attached to Installment - Installments with follow ups attached and in the complete status.

Follow Up Attached to Overall Award - Installments for requests that have follow ups attached to the overall award rather than attached to specific installments.
- Once the installment is located, a payment may be entered.
- This process may be repeated as many times as needed to record all payments applicable to this installment.
- Payments will appear at the top of the installment record.
- Click the eye icon to expand and collapse the installment details.
- Click the eye icon to expand and collapse the installment details.
- To delete the payment, refer to Delete a Payment.
- The amount paid totals will update accordingly in the Installment Summary.
- There is a quick export option to create a spreadsheet with select installment or payment information.
- Check the box next to each applicable record.
- For the quick export to pull the correct information for the Payment and Installment Number fields, all installment lines for each request must be selected.
- Click Batch Actions, and then click Quick Export.
- A spreadsheet with the data will be downloaded.
- Batch emails can be sent to applicants by clicking Email Applicants. Build an Email Template provides additional details on creating templates for batch emails.
