Dashboards Overview

Dashboards contain graphs and charts of data obtained from custom reporting. The current year will be the default date filter for each dashboard but different date and custom reporting filters can also be applied. Use the resources below to access information about the available dashboards in CommunitySuite.

Dashboard colors can be customized. The customized colors will also be applied to the charts and graphs in the Fund Management tab of the Portal.

  1. Navigate to the System Data page and click Dashboards in the left-side menu.
  2. Click Edit in the left-side menu.
  3. Make the applicable customizations using the color picker or the HEX code, and then click Save.
    • This will change dashboard colors for all users in a site to the customized colors.
    • If applicable, click Reset to Defaults to remove the custom colors.save button

Navigate to the Campaigns page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Donations page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Donors page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Funds page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Grants page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Grantees page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Opportunities page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Profiles page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Scholarships page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Students page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Vendors page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Vouchers page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.
