- Updated our current implementation of SSO; specifically, users who already have at least one role assigned in GLM/SLM will no longer be automatically assigned the Administrator role, and anyone who does not already have an account in GLM/SLM will continue to have an account automatically created but they will now be assigned the "Auditor" role the first time they authenticate through SSO instead of the Administrator role. These updates allow us to support SSO logins for all user types for those who already have an account and role assigned in GLM/SLM, and will reduce the risk associated with non-users gaining access to the SSO link by creating them as Auditors instead of Administrators. Any user who is assigned more than one role will be logged into their highest access role.

- Resolved an issue that was allowing users who have been deactivated to still show up in evaluation assignments. - Resolved an issue that was causing images added to Eligibility Quiz descriptions not to be centered when they had been center aligned.
- Added functionality to handle instances of out of sync requests between GLM/SLM and CommunitySuite when trying to unlink a request. The request will be unlinked instead of showing a 'Request not found' error.
- Updated the UA (Universal Application) submission workflow so that applicants are taken to their Dashboard instead of the common application after they submit all of the opportunities for which they are eligible. This will reduce confusion and provide more clarity to the applicant on the status of their application(s).
NOTE: If an applicant completes the common application and there are no supplemental questions associated with the opportunities for which they are eligible, the student will be taken to their submitted common application instead of the Dashboard. - Added an eligibility rule change log for standalone processes. This change log can be found in Process Manager in the lower left of the Eligibility section.

- Updated the 'Existing Requests' modal that pops up when an applicant clicks to apply to a process for which they already have at least one started request. The modal now adjusts to the applicant's screen size and always shows the "Close" and "Apply Again" buttons, even if the list of requests exceeds what can be shown within the modal. In those instances, a scrollbar has been added so the applicant can scroll through their full list of requests.

Custom Grants Manager: Process Permissions - A new permission, ‘Manage Processes,’ has been added to the Custom Grants Manager role. This permission gives the Grant Manager the ability to manage all processes in Process Manager. This permission is “No/Off” by default and configurable per user.

We’ve introduced a new status in Idea Lab: "Monitoring Interest." This status is applied to valid ideas that are not currently under active consideration due to lower priority, but that we want to keep an eye on for potential changes in community interest. Ideas marked as Monitoring Interest will remain visible and open for votes and comments. Increased engagement may lead to their re-evaluation and earlier prioritization. This change helps ensure that promising ideas aren’t lost and that user interest plays a more visible role in our decision-making process. - Updated the font color of the headers on the new applicant dashboard and Apply page to meet color contrast accessibility requirements.

- Resolved an issue that was, in some instances, causing list question answers to change if there were similar answer choices and one of them was edited.
- Separated the "Historical" column on the new applicant dashboard into "Complete" and "Historical" to make it easier for applicants to find approved requests that have not yet been closed. The requests in these columns are now sorted newest to oldest by initial submit date. Project Name, when present, was also added to the forms in the To Do panel so applicants can more easily identify the project with which each form is associated.
- Updated some of the icons and colors on the new applicant dashboard and apply page and made the placement of "See More" more consistent on the process cards on the Apply page.

Public Shared Documents: When an administrator uploads a file to Shared Documents, there is now a Public option for access/visibility. This allows files to be shared with applicants and users who are not logged into GLM/SLM.

- Added a plugin to the rich text editor to detect when content is pasted from Microsoft Word. When detected, a popup will appear giving the user the option to "Keep" all of the formatting from Word or "Clean" it up to remove extra Word-specific formatting while maintaining its rich text formatting.
- Updated the sort order of forms shown under "Documents" on the new applicant dashboard. Forms are now sorted by initial Submit Date. Forms that have not yet been submitted will be sorted by Due Date, and the most recent form will be shown in the body of the request card.
- Resolved an issue that was causing an error when trying to save an answer to a UA (Universal Application) shared question on a follow up when the applicant had more than one opportunity-specific follow up assigned with that shared question.
- Added the ability to collapse the cards in each column of the new applicant dashboard. When collapsed, only the header for each card in that column will be displayed. Each column can be collapsed or expanded independently of the other columns and these choices will be persisted for the applicant so that they don't have to re-collapse or expand a column each time they come to their dashboard.
- Alphabetized the Opportunity list on the UA (Universal Application) Evaluation tab so that opportunities can be more efficiently located within the list.

Rolled back the February 2025 update made to the shared question behavior of common questions on decision forms (approval/denial) in UA (universal application). After the February release, answers to common questions on decision forms were shared to the decision forms for all related opportunities. Prior to the February update, common questions on UA decision forms operated like system fields (i.e. Amount Type, Amount Awarded, Decision Comment) where the answer was opportunity-specific and not shared across all related opportunities. Based on client feedback, we have reverted the shared question behavior of common questions on decision forms in UA to the pre-February 2025 functionality.
NOTE: If you use custom common questions on your UA decision forms and have already entered decisions, we recommend that you review those decision forms to ensure the correct information has been recorded for each opportunity and was not overwritten when the answers to these questions were being shared to all related opportunities. Examples of custom common questions include: Alternate Recipient; Is this Scholarship Renewable?; Fund; etc. If you're not sure if you use custom common questions or you have questions about this change, please reach out to our Support team at support@foundant.com.
- Updated the page an applicant is taken to when using a short link for a process that has a Start Date in the future. Applicants will now be taken to the Inactive Link page which includes a list of reasons why the link they are using may not be active.

If the Required type is changed on the question in GLM/SLM, it will update the Required type set in CSuite so that it matches GLM/SLM; however, if the Required type is changed in CSuite, it will not update the Required type on the ICF question in GLM/SLM.
